DEPOSITS All appointments require a Zelle deposit. This deposit will be applied towards your service total and is necessary to secure your appointment. Please scroll down to read more under my Cancellation Policy. NO CHILDREN POLICY We have a strict no-children policy in place for safety purposes, and so that all guests visiting Olive & Oak can have a relaxing experience. PARKING There is metered street parking along with a municipal lot on Chestnut Street. There is also street parking in front of homes across the street from the salon. CANCELLATION POLICY
When you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot. ***All appointments require a deposit to secure your slot. If any cancellation is made less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time your deposit will be forfeited. All deposits for no-show appointments will also be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable.*** All cancellations made via email myhairgirlbecs@gmail.com more than 24 hours in advance will be cancelled without penalty. Thank you for understanding.
